Important information regarding booking for various options at Poplars Farm Café.

For everyday bookings please ring the café direct 0144 773964 Tuesday to Sunday 10 until 4 they hold the diary and will book you in straight away please note that the emails are not manned 24/7 and so there maybe a delay in information when booking at short notice so it is very important that you book direct from via the phone please try to avoid lunchtimes as obviously the most busy time of day and you should be able to get through okay.

FOR SAVOUR AFTERNOON TEAS: £20 PER PERSON PER PLACE

Again please ring direct with at least one weeks notice 01454 773964 where you will need to give a £10 deposit over the phone on booking these run from Thursday until Saturday only.  Any cancellations must be notified by the Tuesday beforehand to retain the deposit.

FOR ROAST DINNER AFTERNOON TEAS: £25 PER PERSON PER PLACE

These can only be booked via the automated link on face book and due to the bespoke nature of the event we cannot accommodate extra chairs/places that are not booked in via the schedule – any cancellations given before the TUESDAY BEFORE YOUR BOOKING DATE will have to forgo a £10 cancellation fee. BOOKINGS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AFTER THIS TIME
