There’s no better way to get into the Halloween spirit than with a day of pumpkin picking, marshmallow toasting, and seasonal fun at Poplars Farm. Whether you’re bringing the kids for a day of adventure or just want to enjoy the festive atmosphere, our Halloween event is the perfect way to celebrate the season.

 

Our farm is transformed into a Halloween wonderland, with every corner bursting with seasonal decorations. From spooky scarecrows to hauntingly beautiful displays, the Halloween spirit is in full swing!

  • Your very own pumpkin: Choose the perfect pumpkin from our patch to take home.

  • Hot chocolate: Sip on a delicious hot chocolate, perfect for keeping warm on a crisp day.

  • Marshmallows: Enjoy toasting three marshmallows over our open fire.

  • Trick-or-treat bag: Every child receives a bag filled with sweets to take home.

Welcome to Poplars Farm's First Supper Club!

Inspired by our recent travels around the beautiful Saronic and Peloponnese islands in Greece, we are excited to introduce our very first Supper Club at Poplars Farm Café.

 

We invite you to experience an authentic Greek culinary journey, showcasing fresh flavours, traditional dishes, and a contemporary twist on some well-loved classics.

Join Us for a Unique Dining Experience
 

We're offering a variety of arrival times between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM (on a first come first serve basis), where you’ll be welcomed into our cosy café, seated and looked after by one of the team. Whether you prefer an ice-cold beer, a crisp glass of wine, or a refreshing gin and tonic, our bar will be stocked with your favourites to kick off the evening. Food service will begin at 7:30pm onwards depending on your arrival time.

Bread and Olives on Arrival


Start your evening with a basket of fresh bread and a selection of olives to nibble on, perfectly paired with your choice of drink from the bar.

Starter


For your first course, choose between two mouth-watering Greek starters:

  • Pantzarosalata: Roasted beetroots served with cooling yoghurt, fresh mint, and crunchy hazelnuts.

  • Atherina Tigoutii: Crispy small fried fish, served with a zesty lemon and dill mayo – a delightful coastal treat.

Main Sharing Plates


The second course is a celebration of classic Greek mezze, featuring:

  • A large Greek salad bursting with ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, red onion and feta.

  • Golden oregano fries sprinkled with herbs.

  • Creamy tzatziki to enjoy with everything.

Accompanied by your choice of:

  • Pork Souvlaki: Juicy, marinated pork skewers served with pita bread.

  • Vegetable Souvlaki: Chargrilled seasonal vegetables served with pita, perfect for vegetarians. (GF Pita available)

Dessert


End your evening on a sweet note with one of our indulgent Greek desserts:

  • Rizogalo: A comforting honey and pistachio rice pudding, full of creamy goodness.

  • Ekmek (Our Twist): Delicate strips of crispy kataifi pastry layered with light, velvety custard, topped with tart sour cherries and crunchy pistachios.
