Start your weekend feeling refreshed, energised, and connected to nature with our Yoga on the Deck sessions at Poplars.
Join Katie for a calming yet invigorating morning flow set in our beautiful outdoor space, surrounded by fresh countryside air. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is designed to help you move, stretch, and reset.
After your session, enjoy a delicious, nutritious granola bowl and freshly brewed coffee—the perfect way to nourish your body and mind. (OPTIONAL)

YOGA ON THE DECK 06.06.26
This ticket is for one space for Yoga on 06.06.26 starting at 7.30am. The yoga session is for 45 minutes followed by our Poplars Nutritious Granola Bowl and Fresh Coffee which you can enjoy on The Deck. This is optional. Please chose a ticket with or without. Our Granola bowl includes: Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, fruit compote, homemade pecan granola, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds topped with a drizzle of honey. Please advise if you have any allergens. BRING YOUR OWN MAT
